One on One Consultation

“Avoidance doesn’t protect relationships. It wears them down -slowly and completely.”

For Individuals & Couples

This is a one-time working session. You bring the relationship as it is. I listen for the pattern beneath it.

In this session:

  • We identify the core relational dynamic at play
  • You receive clear, direct relational feedback
  • You understand what kind of work is actually required next

This session is not:

  • Ongoing therapy
  • Emotional venting
  • Reassurance or validation
  • It is meant to create clarity and direction.

Ongoing Relational Work

(The fee is the same for individuals and couples.)

If, after the consultation, it’s clear that deeper work is needed, I offer a structured six-month relational process.

This work focuses on the relational dynamics between partners and is where the actual relational work happens.

If the shifts require more time to stabilise beyond six months, I continue the work at no additional cost.

The first consultation simply helps determine whether this work is necessary and whether it is the right direction for you.

Important to know before booking

This consultation is for people who want:

  • clarity over comfort
  • understanding, not blame
  • direction beyond emotional dumping

If you’re looking for someone to take sides or only validate feelings, this will not feel useful. If you’re ready to understand what’s actually happening and what kind of work it will take to address it, this is the right place to begin.

Why People Come Here

Most people don’t come because one incident happened.
They come because something keeps repeating.

A thought that keeps echoing:

“If she doesn’t change, I don’t know if I can love her back.”

A feeling that won’t leave:

“There’s so much resentment between us, yet we can’t walk away.”

Sometimes it shows up as conflict.
Sometimes as silence.
Sometimes as a quiet emotional exhaustion.

Over time, these experiences start feeling permanent.
They aren’t.

They are patterns – emotional, relational, often unconscious.
