My story

Hi, I'm Kriti

My work began with a deep curiosity about what relationships awaken in us.

Why do we choose the people we choose? Why does heartbreak feel like the collapse of a future we had imagined? Why do longing, desire, shame, unmet needs, and incompleteness enter the room when two people begin to love each other?

This curiosity grew into years of observing how love, longing, shame, desire, power, and survival patterns shape the way human beings relate.

I began to see that relationships are not just emotional spaces. They are where we meet our deepest conditioning.

Patriarchy becomes behaviour.
Shame becomes silence.
Trauma becomes protection.
Longing becomes demand.
Intimacy becomes performance.
Love begins to feel like negotiation.

My work is about listening for the pattern beneath the story.

The moment one person loses their voice.
The moment another avoids responsibility.
The moment truth becomes unsafe.
The moment desire disappears.
The moment protection replaces connection.
The moment insight becomes another way to avoid practice.

Today, I work across relational spaces — with individuals, couples, therapists, professionals, doctors, healthcare practitioners, parents, and leaders — because every space where humans hold care, power, conflict, desire, responsibility, or repair needs relational intelligence.

For me, this work is not only about healing relationships. It is about helping people move beyond shame, patriarchy, relational trauma, and inherited survival patterns — into relationships rooted in truth, responsibility, intimacy, repair, and conscious connection.

Because when relationships change deeply, they change more than two people.

I don't help people collect insight.
I help them practise a different way of relating — so love, leadership, parenting, and repair can become more conscious.

My philosophy

What I believe, and how I work

Truth and respect are the foundation

Every relationship stands on two pillars: truth and respect. Truth keeps us honest with ourselves. Respect keeps love from becoming control.

Insight is not the work

Awareness begins the work, but it does not complete it. Change happens when insight becomes intention, and intention becomes practice.

The room is the practice ground

Therapy is where the pattern comes alive — and where a new response is practised. What changes in the room can be carried back into life.

I read the room before I intervene

I don't force an exercise because it sounds useful. I watch what the relationship can actually hold — truth, vulnerability, accountability, repair.

Discomfort is not always danger

Truth, responsibility, and vulnerability can feel uncomfortable. In the right container, discomfort becomes the doorway to growth.

Flexibility makes intimacy possible

Rigidity protects the ego. Flexibility protects the relationship. Intimacy begins when two people can soften without losing themselves.

Vulnerability needs safety

I don't force people to open before the room can hold them. Without safety, vulnerability becomes exposure. With safety, it becomes intimacy.

Beyond patriarchy, shame, and relational trauma

Many relationship patterns are inherited, not chosen. My work helps people move beyond survival into truth, respect, repair, and conscious connection.

Relational intelligence belongs everywhere

How we love, lead, parent, repair, and hold power shapes more than one relationship. Relational work is how homes, families, teams, and communities become more conscious.

✦ Why I do this work ✦

My mission is simple — help you relate from truth, not fear.

Every session, intensive, program, and training I hold is built around one deeper outcome — to help people move beyond shame, survival, and inherited patterns, into relationships rooted in truth, respect, responsibility, intimacy, and conscious connection. Because when people relate differently, more than the relationship changes. Love changes. Families change. Leadership changes. Life changes.
