The framework

How CARTS™ trains relational practitioners

CARTS™ is not about memorising a model. It is about learning how to hold the room when relational dynamics are alive.

01

See the system, not just the story

Relational work begins when you stop following only the content and start seeing the pattern moving between people.

02

Hold two emotional worlds at once

In couples and relational work, one person speaks and another reacts. CARTS™ trains you to hold both nervous systems without losing the room.

03

Pace before you intervene

Not every moment needs an immediate technique. You learn when to slow down, when to interrupt, when to deepen, and when to let the moment breathe.

04

Work with live dynamics

The real training happens when the pattern is alive — escalation, withdrawal, silence, defensiveness, shame, longing, rupture, and repair.

05

Build practitioner steadiness

The goal is not perfection. It is steadiness — the capacity to stay clear, grounded, and responsible when emotional intensity rises.

06

Learn through supervision

Teaching gives you language. Practice gives you skill. Supervision gives you refinement, feedback, and professional growth.

Is this for you

Who this program serves

This is for you if

  • You want to work seriously with relational dynamics, couples, individuals, or families.
  • You know that relational work is not just listening, giving insight, or knowing theory.
  • You want to learn how to hold a room where two emotional systems are active at the same time.
  • You want training that teaches you how to track patterns, pace the session, slow escalation, and guide repair.
  • You are ready for practice, supervision, feedback, case review, and professional refinement.
  • You want to develop steadiness — not perfection — as a relational practitioner.

This isn't for you if

  • You are looking for a quick certification to add to your profile.
  • You want theory without practice, supervision, or feedback.
  • You are not ready to bring your own work, cases, questions, and clinical doubts into the room.
  • You want a passive course where you only watch, listen, and complete assignments.
  • You are looking for personal therapy rather than practitioner training.
  • You are not currently working with people, or seriously preparing to work with people.

CARTS™ is for practitioners who don't just want to understand relationships — they want to learn how to hold them when they come alive in the room.
